Real estate CRM

Also called: CRM

Software agents use to store leads and manage follow-up over time.

A real estate CRM (customer relationship management system) is where an agent keeps their leads and contacts and runs long-term follow-up: drip campaigns, pipeline stages, reminders, and history. Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, BoldTrail, Lofty, and Sierra Interactive are common examples.

An open house tool is not a CRM and should not try to be one. Its job is to capture and qualify visitors at the door and hand clean leads to the CRM you already run, so the long follow-up happens where you already work.

The handoff is where most open house tools quietly fail. A native integration writes the lead into the CRM with its source and qualification intact, so the record arrives ready to work. A CSV export is a fair fallback, but every manual import is a step someone skips on a busy Sunday evening, and a lead sitting in an unimported file is functionally the same as a lead you never captured.
